Loyalty Rewards are cash back earned on your purchases that can be redeemed as store credit when placing an order. Rewards are applied directly at checkout and reduce your order total.
You earn 5% cash back on every purchase, with no exclusions.
You can also earn bonus rewards:

Rewards are automatically tracked when you are logged in.
How do I sign up for Loyalty Rewards?
Signing up is easy:

New customers earn a $5 sign-up reward when they create an account

Guests earn the $5 sign-up reward when they create an account or log in to convert from guest checkout to a member account

Returning customers who already had an account were automatically enrolled in the new Loyalty Rewards program. Since they were already members, an additional sign-up reward is not issued.
Once logged in, you’ll start earning Loyalty Rewards on all purchases right away.
Loyalty Rewards are redeemed during checkout:

Log in to your account

In checkout, go to the Order Summary

Select the option to apply Loyalty Rewards

Use the + button to increase the amount in $1 increments, or type in the amount you’d like to redeem

Select Apply credit to apply the reward to your order
The applied amount appears as a discount and reduces your order total.
You can redeem up to the value of your order subtotal.
Yes. Loyalty Rewards can be applied to any eligible order as long as you are logged in and have an available reward balance.
Once applied, Loyalty Rewards are one-time use and cannot be reused.
All orders placed, including Auto Delivery are eligible for up to 5% cash back earnings. However, your reward credit can't be automatically applied to a current Auto Delivery order. Most customers consider an extra purchase with their store credit to take advantage of the program.
Rewards are valid for 365 days from the date the reward was applied to your account. Any expiration details will be visible in your account.
Our previous 5% Back rebate program has been replaced by our new Loyalty Rewards program.
Any rebate credits earned between October and December were honored and issued in January, in line with the original program terms. Those credits were made available for redemption before the launch of Loyalty Rewards. They will expire in January 2027.
All purchases now earn rewards through the Loyalty Rewards program going forward.
