I bought this product as I wanted to give my puppy daily vitamins and after doing research found this is a good start in their early months of life. I mix the powder with a capsule of omega fish oil - I puncture the capsule and pour the fish oil into the colostrum and mix them together to form a paste-like consistency. Oliver loves it and licks it up every time! I dont know if it is working as I dont see a difference in him but he is a puppy so not exactly sure what I would see differently....overall, very happy with product and will continue to use for Oliver until he is older.

Actully I am a veterinary naturopath and a breeder. I have personally used colostrum with my own dogs as well as recommend it to clients with dogs who have compromised immune systems. I had used New Life Colostrum Plus for years but noticed they stopped stating they used colostrum from organicly raised New Zealand cows, they don't even state anything about it being from organic cows anymore so I began using Flying Bassets Colostrum which proudly claims it is from organiclly raised New Zealand cows. It appears to work great and much more economical than the New Life...
