I'm quite surprised with the reviews that say this product doesn't work. For my dog, it truly was a LIFE SAVER! I've been battling with my dogs hotspots (and dry, flaky skin) off and on ever since we moved back to the Midwest, at least a year of her issues. I've tried shampoos, conditioners, a handful of trips to the vet to trial different foods, and hundereds of dollars later I honestly just gave up. I started putting alternative topical agents on her that simply gave a temporary resolution. While traveling out of town, she (Mini Schnauzer) had a really bad case, to the point where she was starting to bleed. Tea oil, hot spot spray and the above HomeoPet drops were what I returned with, after another visit to the pet store. After the first day her redness had diminshed greatly and she wasn't itching nearly as much. By two, she wasn't itching AT ALL. I decided to remove the Tea oil and spray since I'd used them in the past without long-term results. It's been a week and my schnauzer has had 3-5 drops a day, oral dose of this product and she is doing exceptional! Seriously! No redness, no scratching. Today I hadn't given her any since yesterday afternoon and she started scratching again. I gave her 3 drops and about a couple hours later, again, her scratching is gone. This product worked exceptionally on my dog. On the other hand, I don't think her issues were due to food allergies, vs environmental surroundings, my guess. If this doesn't work on your pet you may want to consider switching out food, it could be what your pooch is ingesting. Good luck!!

It was easy to give to pet. I used as prescribed but there were no changes. Smells of alcohol, hot spots are on small 9 lb. cat. used entire bottle with out any changes, waist of money.

This didn't improve my Golden Retreiver's hot spot at all nor did it make her stop licking. I'm very dissapointed in the product and would not recommend.

i really like this product. i've never used a homeopathic product b4 but i am very impressed. it works better than anything that i've ever used for my westie's hotspots, and believe me they are nasty! smelly, scabby, oozy! i've changed his diet to all natural all organic food and incorporating whole foods into his diet that he is not allergic too. it helped but he still had skin problems. i've taken him to the vet to get those steroid shots and they work but you have to keep getting them and it is expensive. with this product, it's inexpensive and effective. within the first week using it his hot spots were going away and by the 3rd week he wasn't itching at all. i did 5 drops 3 times a day for a week and minimized the dosing since then. now it's been 3 weeks and i have him on 5 drops every other day. with this you have to maintence your pet but it's way less expensive and there are no side effects!

I have 3 cats, but only one developed hot spots. First time in her 8 yrs. of life. I didn't want to take her to the vet and have to give her drugs, so I searched for a natural remedy. I found homeopet hot spots and ordered it. I'm happy to say my cat is on the mend. Her hot spots were never raw, but she was thinning out her fur a bit too much as far as I was concerned. Now, she is not biting and scratching as often and I see her fur coming back in. She is also acting better, as she was acting rather uncomfortable before. I'm thankful for natural remedies like homeohotspot!

I have 3 cats, but only 1 has been licking and gnawing herself constantly. She has never been like this before and started searching for a natural remedy. I found the Hot Spot stuff and saw it had good reviews, so I ordered it. I've been giving it to her 3 times per day in food for a week and am starting to see improvement. She is not licking and gnawing nearly as much and is acting more like her old self.

I originally bought this product because my dog was going bald - first, on his ears and then bald patches on his back. I would not necessarily say they were hot spots as they were never red or raw and no flaking. He would just lose his hair and itch. I thought I would risk it and try this product and I am so glad that I did; otherwise, my dog would now be bald. For some reason, it caused flaking (but no longer) and has regenerated his skin and he got all his hair back. I do not know exactly what ingredient made this happen but I know for sure that if I did not buy this product, my dog would now be bald...still loved....but bald. I know it is this product, because a couple of times, I stopped giving it to him, and he started losing his hair again, so Thank you so much!!!!

I had a cat who had the worst hot spot in the middle of his back. It has gotten steadily worse even with treatment from the vet. It got to a point when I thought we would have to take drastic measures because of the oozing and amount of skin that was affected. But I tried this product. After 3 weeks of use, the major part of the irritated area is almost gone and the rest is starting to clear up and heal. It's amazing! I would definately recommend this product to anyone with a problem hot spot.
