Description

An herbal formula for relief of skin irritations such as itching, scratching, excess licking, hot spots, eczema, flea bites, and allergic reactions. LoveMyPet uses organic herbs as well as homeopathic ingredients in their unique, holistic remedies.

LoveMyPet's formulator, Martha Benedict, began creating herbal mixtures for her children's pets over twenty-five years ago. Today, the same degree of loving personal attention is infused into every LoveMyPet remedy. LoveMyPet is a product line for pets by Benedictine Healing Products LLC, a company with a 35-year lineage making holistic remedies for people. Martha was trained in China as an acupuncturist and herbalist, and has taken her extensive experience with people and adapted Benedictine's herbal formulas for use with animals.

    I hoped when I ordered this that it would keep my cats from stratching all the time. They don't have any fleas and both having itching problems. I didn't see any difference after using this.

        It may be too early to tell, but our 4 yr old pekapoo has been all clear from hot spots since we started this product. The one she had cleared up within a few days and nothing new to report since. We are watching her closely, but all seems great. Great appetite, and her energy is through the roof! It's like having a little puppy again!

          I adopted a cat from the local animal shelter and found out after thorough testing that he has environmental allergies. The poor cat would literally scratch himself sore and bloody! He had been on steriods for several months but I decided to try something more homepathic. I have used this products in conjunction with occasional injections for his constant scratching. This seems to calm the scratching and is so easy to administer. I just mix several drops with his food twice a day. I have reorderd it and also recommended it to others to use for their pets. I like the idea of using natural remedies for my pets whenever possible.

            About two years ago my older cat started chewing the fur off her tummy and hips. After a couple of rounds of sterois we were advise to give her daily doses of Zyrtec. This has worked well but after a year and a half we were starting to see less effectiveness. We found the Love My Pet line and started to use it in place of the daily dose of Zyrtec. We have found after a month of only the Love my Pet that she has not worsened and we are starting to see some fur growing back. We love the fact that it is as good as the Zyrtec and much gentler on her system. She always worsened in hot weather but we are hoping that we can dose less often or use a smaller dose of the Zyrtec since the Love my pet is working so Well.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            my dog has a compulsive habit of licking her right paw causing the fur to discolor. I give her 10 drops of Love My Pet Skin Comfort in her water each morning and she stops licking. I stop administering the drops when the natural color returns. When I notice her licking I start giving her the drops again. I did take her to the vet and he found no injury or any other cause for the licking.
