The Flossie is made from a beef tendon and is the top selling treat from Merrick. The unique design of this treat creates a natural chewing friction against the teeth which helps to clean a dog's teeth. We have not met a dog yet who has turned down one of these tasty treats. All Merrick chew treats are all natural with no preservatives, additives or artificial colors and are made from U.S.D.A sourced ingredients. The treats are only dried, not smoked.

The new Phat Flossies are made from wide, flat tendons, as opposed to narrow, circular ones like the original Flossies. This shape is even better for teeth cleaning!

The Standard Flossies are 6-8 inches, and the Jumbos and Phats are 10-11 inches in length.

We've tried many chews to help our dog keep her teeth clean. Bully sticks, many brands of dental treats and chews, dried tripe, flat tendons - she either refused to chew on them at all or ate something once and would not eat it again.

The only thing she will consistently chew on are spiral tendons and the Merrick Flossies are her favorites of all the brands we've tried

My dogs love these chews, they are their favorite treats! The only thing is that they smell bad and make their paws dirty looking, but they are white dogs! I cut them in 2 pieces so they won't have too much to chew since they are small dogs!
I will always buy them because they make them so HAPPY!!

My 25 lb. Schnoodle recently broke a tooth on a regular straight bully stick and it cost almost $1000 to have it taken out. My vet suggested I try flossies because she said they are softer than bully sticks and naturally break apart into small fibers that act like floss. My little boy LOVES them!
