Comments about Nature's Variety Grain-Free Instinct Canned Cat Food:

My bengal who has a sensitive stomach loves this food, and it doesn't make him vomit, which is a good thing. I like that it is produced in the US, and is grain free.

My dog and cat love this food

Comments about Nature's Variety Grain-Free Instinct Canned Cat Food:

I've been feeding this food to my ginormous cat and my roommate's dog. Roomie's dog's regular diet is Purina, so I figured this has to be better (grain free/gluten free, meaty food, even if it's cat food).

Yup, they love this stuff. And I've fed them very expensive grain free, natural food before. I can't remember what though. This has to be their favorite. I swear they wake me up an hour earlier every morning for this food.

have had to return a couple batches because neither cat will touch it. Other batches they can't get enough. Have to order enough to get past periods where it is not available, so I have to find a good batch and order more.

I feed our 2 cats Nature's Variety in a few flavors. I try to feed them what they might eat if they were catching it themselves as I think it's healthier. Alas there's no mouse flavor!

Bailey had been suffering with lots of gas and soft stools for the past 4 years but this product combined with grain free kibbles has made all the difference. I'm so thankful to have made my sweet kitty much more comfortable.

Not to sell like an infomercial but this is one amazing brand! My cat is insanely picky(nothing but fish for him) yet he eats every bit of this food(THE RABBIT formula!).

Sadly this is one of the pricier brands, I wont say if its actually worth the cost but I think my cat would say it is! Its very pricey so try one can first!

My 12 yr. old female cats do well on this food. My cat Zoe had diarrhea problems, but not when she only eats this food. My other cat Rachel is a light eater, and nibbles at this food, but is not crazy for it, so She also gets some True Vita brand dry food.

Comments about Nature's Variety Grain-Free Instinct Canned Cat Food:

We have two Siamese mix cats almost two years old. When they were kittens, we researched cat food and started feeding them Nature's Variety instinct dry kibble and they loved it, especially Rabbit flavor. Their coats fluffed up and shone, and their energy level increased. All was well until a year later one of them was diagnosed with struvite crystals. Our vet prescribed a costly urinary canned food (Hills or Royal Canin) filled with byproducts. We switched to a different vet who only works with cats, who advised us to only feed wet cat food. We tried Nature's Variety canned food for a while - our cats loved it and the urinary blockage cleared up. We've been feeding Nature's Variety wet canned food for over a year now. They love all the flavors except Beef and Rabbit is still their favorite. The only drawbacks are that there is considerable variation between nutrient density of different flavors (see the online feeding guide for details) making it tough to calculate how much to feed them. Also this food is VERY expensive. Although when I think about switching to a different brand or mixing in kibble, I remember that feeding this canned food is much less expensive (and stressful) than taking them in to the vet with another crystal attack. According to our vet, cats' kidneys start to wear down after 8 or 9 years of age so we will keep them on the canned food at least until then.
