PetAlive EaseSure is a 100% natural blend of herbal and homeopathic ingredients specially selected to treat and prevent seizures in pets. It may be used to relieve acute seizures of multiple causes immediately and may also be used preventatively for the treatment of chronic seizure disorders.

EaseSure Drops may be used instead of or along with your pet's conventional medication for seizures. However, it is not recommended that you discontinue your pet's prescription medication without consulting your veterinarian. Also consult your veterinarian first when deciding to use EaseSure simultaneously with prescription medication so that your pet's progress may be adequately monitored.

Use PetAlive EaseSure to

  • Treat acute seizures and epilepsy in cats and dogs
  • Prevent seizures from occurring
  • To limit after-effects of seizures such Drowsiness and clumsiness
  • Prevent over-stimulation of the nervous system
  • Lower high fevers associated with seizures
  • Regulate blood pressure

What is a seizure?

Although seizures are often thought of as dramatic events, there are a number of different types of seizures, some of which may appear to be quite subtle.

A generalized seizure (Also known as grand mal seizure, fit or convulsion) generally causes an acute decrease in state of consciousness, repeated movements of the body, excessive salivation, vomiting and often a loss of bladder and bowel control. This event may last from 30 seconds to a few minutes. It is generally followed by a period of drowsiness, difficulty walking or seeing as well as changes in behavior which can last around 24 hours. This is known as the "Post-Ictal" period.

The other main type of seizure is a focal motor seizure which is a much less dramatic occurrence. A focal motor seizure will cause just a repeated twitching movement in either the face or limbs and usually only lasts a few seconds. These type of seizures may often go unnoticed especially if they involve fairly innocuous movements like swallowing.

What causes seizures in pets?

Seizures occur because of a change in the electrical activity of the brain. This can be caused by a variety of things including diseases of the nervous system and the brain itself such as epilepsy. Seizures may also be the result of a blow to the head, chemicals, poisons, fever and even nutrient deficiencies such as calcium deficiency in nursing mothers.

What is the conventional treatment for seizures?

Treatment for seizures is directed at the underlying cause or disease in cases where this is known. Anti-epileptic drugs such as Phenobarbital are commonly used to prevent seizures which are severe or occur frequently.

When should I consult my pet’s veterinarian?

It is important to seek medical care for your pet if he/she has more than one seizure per month, has changed behavior in between the seizures (Excluding the “Post-ictal” period directly after the seizure) or becomes generally lethargic, has difficulty in walking or refuses food.

100% Natural Ingredients

  • Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) is an herb used widely for anxiety and stress and is also useful for calming an overstimulated nervous system. In this way Passiflora is effective in both prevention and treatment of seizures, especially when stress is a precipitating factor, as is often the case with seizures.
  • Scuttelaria laterifolia (Skullcap) is a well-known calmative and antispasmodic herb and will help to reduce over-stimulation that can lead to seizure occurrence. It is also helpful in lowering fever and regulating blood pressure, two further contributing precipitants of seizures in pets.
  • Hyoscyamus (30C) is a homeopathic remedy valuable in the acute and long-term treatment of all seizures and tic disorders.
  • Belladonna (30C) is also a homeopathic remedy well-known for its usefulness in seizure control, especially those seizures associated with high fever.
  • Cuprum mettalicum (30C), another homeopathically prepared ingredient, controls seizures and addresses any associated mental dullness or vomiting.

Contains no gluten, artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

Available in 50 ml. One 50 ml bottle of EaseSure will last for 15 - 60 days, depending on the size and needs of your pet.

Comments about Native Remedies PetAlive EaseSure:

Our dog is a 65 lb. border collie mix. He started having seizures at the end of last year. We found this online and decided to try it, rather than trying the strong anti-seizure meds we could get from the vet (which the vet did not recommend for a dog having 1 seizure a month or less). Without this treatment, he was having a seizure about once a month. I began administering a maintenance dose of about 10 drops per day, added to a little bit of water and a crushed-up treat. The seizures stopped! After a couple months we stopped giving him EaseSure, to see if the seizures came back. They did. He had another one about a week after he stopped taking EaseSure. So now he is back on it. He actually loves it and looks forward to it; it is just a treat to him. He has had one seizure while on the regular dose. But it only happened once. I'm so glad we have an alternative to the stronger prescription drugs. EaseSure makes him a little tired, but doesn't knock him out or make him act "drunk" like other meds do. For dogs that turn their noses up to meds, I recommend giving them a new kind of treat with it, rather then a treat they are familiar with. Hopefully they will associate the weird smell with the new treat, so if it works, use the same treat each time.

Comments about Native Remedies PetAlive EaseSure:

My dog Luke used to have such voilent seizures that he would shake, drool, couldn't walk, and often vomited. This would last for a half an hour or more; getting seizures every two to three days but now gets about three drops a day of Pet Alive- Ease Sure daily and goes many weeks without siezures. If he does get one, they are typically much milder being short and only causing shaking now. I put it on a little piece of bread and put peanut butter on it to get him past the taste that he doesn't like. It works great and I am ordering my next jar after I am done here.

Comments about Native Remedies PetAlive EaseSure:

We have used this product for 7 years now. My beagle was a stray and got his first seizure shortly after we adopted him. After two bad seizures (he had a Grand Mal about every 4 weeks)I started him on EaseSure. After about a month the next seizure was much easier on him, the next one he shook off after a few seconds and then he was seizure free. After a couple years I thought he was seizure free and I only gave him drops once a day, but then the seizures returned. It is important to give the drops twice a day. During a seizure 1/2 the recommended dose will help and I also keep some Rescue Remedy on hand, which I administer during a seizure. Alex is now seizure free. This product is awesome, it really works!

I use about 15 drops in 2 cups of water. This calms my 6yo cat. She has a slight form of epilepsy...she gets real twitchy at times, but never a full fledge seizure. This helps her a lot. She doesn't seem to smell it in her water, & she usually smells everything.

I was skeptical at first however desperate to find care that wasn't a chemical. My dog is a standard poodle and suffers from epilepsy and when the seizures begin to come more frequent I was recommended this product and we have used it for almost 10 months and so far she has been seizure free for over 5 months from the use of this product and a diet adjustment. I believe Easesure has definitely been a positive and beneficial product for us. thank-you and keep it coming.

I started my 11 year old beagle Copper on this to try and wean him off the phenobarbitol given to him by the vet. He had seizures every 4-6 weeks for the last 6 years, even with the meds. He was recently having a very hard time coming out of the seizures and would suffer their effects for over a day. I started him on EaseSure and we have been seizure free for one month and counting. He even has back some of his old sparkle in his eyes. I've noticed a difference in him in so many ways thanks to the great products offered by only natural pet store.

Comments about Native Remedies PetAlive EaseSure:

I am a multi-cat owner. I adopted a 16 year old cat last year and he started having seizures 2 months ago. He had attacks every week for a month. His last attack was really bad, he had four attacks in an hour, we had to take him to the emergency clinic. They wanted to start giving him anti-seizure medication, but I refused since it damages other organs and it is also very difficult to adjust the dosage for cats. To be specific it is a hassle for cats. I am also into holistic care and whatever I tried so far worked for my cats. I have been giving him EaseSure for a month now and he hasn't have any seizures. First, I tried to put it in his food three times a day, but he did not like it and he did not eat his food after a while. Then I started to give it with a syringe (mixed with water), directly into his mouth. He had no choice but to swallow it :-) I am very happy with this product and I am also happy I did not have to give him anti-seizure medications, since the harm that they cause exceeds their benefits.
