When my dog started a new daily chemo drug, the oncologist said I would have to give Pepcid or some other kind of drug to prevent nausea. My holistic vet recommended Phytomucil. I give it with a small amount of food 2 hours prior to the regular evening meal, which is when I give the chemo pills. So far, so good...we've been using it for almost 3 months.

I have been using the powder on my older dog who suffers from reflux and regurgitation problems. Since I've been using it, she's had no noticeable symptoms of reflux (lip licking, stomach gurgling, gagging/coughing up mucus). I will probably switch to the tincture, because I think it will be easier to give on an as needed basis - she doesn't need it every day, but giving the powder without food isn't easy. But I've been very happy with the results and will continue to use it with her other (western) meds.

We have a new puppy that from the word "go" has been having issues with loose stool and frequency. We cured a bout of giardia with 15 days of meds that probably killed her good bacteria in her GI tract. This product has worked in just TWO days of starting use of it. HIGHLY recommend it and wished I found it sooner especially after the vet said there's nothing more to do on their end since she was parasite free. Go for it if you not sure. The results are there!

I have an Italian Greyhound with stomach issues and I have tried EVERYTHING. Working with my vet, I have tried limited ingredient dog food, perscription dog food, making my own dog food, using pepcid etc. Finally found this and it has been 6 months since the last epidsode.

MY 7 YR OLD GOLDEN RETIEVER HAD BEEN ON AND OFF STEROIDS FOR OVER A YEAR FOR IBD. HE WOULD GET BETTER WHILE ON THE STEROIDS BUT WOULD RELAPSE AFTER A FEW WEEKS OFF OF THEM. I STARTED USING THIS PRODUCT LAST DECEMBER AS I WAS WEANING HIM OFF THE STEROIDS ONCE AGAIN AND HE HAS BEEN ON IT SINCE. This is an excellent product with the best ingredients to heal (not just treat) intestinal lining problems. My girl has a bad case of IBS and was constantly crying and in horrible pain even after I put her on an organic home made diet. I bought the power version and for 3 weeks I mixed it in with her wet food as directed and did NOT do anything. Her 24x7 pain was excruciating for her and for me so I did not give up. After doing a lot of research, I realized that similar 'human' products for the same problems suppose to be given 30 minutes before meals. So, I diluted it in water and added a bit of sweat potato (for taste) and gave it to her, 30 minutes before her food, and IT WORKED! Like a miracle her pain was gone. For the first time after 3 months she was able to sleep peacefully. She is 11 lb so I give her 1/8 tsp of the powder and ¼ tsp of sweat potato (for taste) diluted in 1-2 tablespoons of water, 20 minutes before her meals, 3 times per day. I also give her probiotics, digestive enzymes, DGL(Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice), and Seacure (contains L-glutamine which repairs the mucosal lining) all mix with her food and I am happy to said she is no longer in any pain and on her way to full recovery! Just remember if you get the power version dilute it in water first (you don't have to do that with the liquid version) AND please give it 20 minutes BEFORE meals if your dog is in bad shape like mine.

My 12 year old male Ragdoll cat Buddy was diagnosed with IBD. I did research on this site reading how other customers solved their pet health problems. I give Buddy the liquid phytomucil and a powder probiotic mixed in his Wellnes Core food and it works perfectly and even better, he loves the taste. No more gas, burps, vomiting. I can tell he feels a lot better.

My two cats with IBS are doing very well. The younger (10 yrs) Freddie is gaining weight and acting like a young man again. The other Dennis (17 yrs) is doing better also but does not like the taste, he is finicky anyway but doing better. I found that I could lower the dose to six drops once a day and they both are doing great. Thank-you
