He loves this toy. I even make a move for the toys cabinet and he is on me, chattering like crazy. It's our fave toy in the morning and at night playtimes. You do have to be careful on the little swivel thing. It can catch his claw. Also, don't leave it lay around, my cat chewed off the tail while I wasn't looking. :( Other than that (supervise and care in use) the thing is about perfect. A longer wand would be nice, but it's still so much fun.

this is one of our cats favorite toys.He will bring it to bed at night and drag it around during the day for someone to play with him. Only con is he pulls the mouse off and it has a sharp point so mouse must be replaced.

My cat is typically an outdoor cat so she grows tired of toys easily. This toy is fantastic! I grow tired of playing with it before she does...then she continues playing with it on her own. She will play for a half hour or more! The little mouse on the end looks and acts similar to a real mouse. When I flick the mouse into the air she will jump into the air to catch it. I bought a replacement mouse just in case but we have played with it every day for over a week and it still has not fallen apart. Seriously, this is an awesome toy!! As I type this she has taken it into the kitchen and is playing with it all by herself...she has never done this with any other toy.

My kitties both love this toy! It is their favorite by far. I'd give it 4 stars except the only problem is the red plastic tip comes off the end & then you have a mouse on a wire that starts fraying. You can put the wire back & reattach the tip but it's a constant battle.

This toy has both of my adult cats leaping into the air and jumping off chairs. They LOVE it. I've had a hard time engaging my male cat with toys. Usually he just sits and watches my other cat play, but he now hops up eagerly every time I go into the living room where I keep the toys. My female cat will purr and go and tap the drawer where I keep the interactive toys with her paw and will look at me. If I pull out a different toy, both cats will ignore the other toy and continue looking into the drawer. They cannot get enough of it. Figuring out a cat's preference when it comes to toys is hard, but Go Cat nailed it with this toy.

This is the best cat toy I've found since da-bird. My 2 cats are on it as soon as I take it out. The tail did come off within a day. But I bought 1 for my neighbor's cat who is very tough with his toys & his is still in tact 3 weeks later.

My cat loves this toy. He will race around trying to catch it. If he does catch it, and I let him have it, he will carry it to his food bowl with his tail high and proud and drop it in before he eats.

Only con I have is that the braided wire can sometimes pull out of the handle a strand at a time, necessitating replacement of the toy.

I am very happy that my cats love this toy. The tiny mouse on the wire simulates realistic movement as you can make it bounce, creep across the floor or hide it under things for them to stalk. They will sit staring at me until I bring it out for some play time. It can be a challenge keeping house cats amused, so I hope they enjoy this toy for a long time.
