Bio-Zyme digestive enzymes provides a high potency pancreatic enzyme complex to support healthy digestion of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.

  • NO Artificial Coloring, Flavoring or Preservatives
  • NO Corn, Gluten, Wheat or Yeast
  • NO Salt or Sugar

Bio-Zyme provides the highest potency pancreatic enzyme complex available to help digestion in the lower intestine. While other pancreatin products are often diluted with salt or lactose, Bio-Zyme contains full-strength, undiluted pancreatic extract for optimum natural advantages.

  • Given just before or with a meal, Bio-Zyme helps reduce gas, bloating and aids digestion and absorption of nutrients. Digestive enzyme production diminishes with age and in certain physical conditions such as pancreatitis.
  • Given with meals may assist in eliminating hairball problems for cats.
  • Given between meals, Bio-Zyme helps reduce inflammation from injuries, surgery or chronic joint stiffness and may aid joint health.
  • Bio-Zyme has been the subject of a published clinical trial for the relief of muscle pain associated with exercise and over exertion.

    Comments about Integrative Therapeutics Bio-Zyme:

The first 2 days were easy - I crushed up the pill and sprinkled on her food, no problem. By day 3, she wouldn't touch anything I put this in/on (the other cats ate it, but it wasn't meant for them).

i wish it came as a flavored powder...might be easier than trying to disguise it. Will use the rest on the other cats - it's good for them!

      Comments about Integrative Therapeutics Bio-Zyme:

My 20 yr old cat has issues with vomiting and got so thin. Thyroid and sugar are OK, then I read that this Bio-Zyme may help. It has, he's keeping the food down and is better, it's only 2 weeks. Only slight draw back is it's tablets and I have to crush up and slip into his food. I only use about a half tablet a day spread over 3 feedings.

        Comments about Integrative Therapeutics Bio-Zyme:

My dog-daughter is 7 years old and she had a severe pancreatitis. We took her to almost 5 veterinaries and none of them could help us with an appropriate treatment. One day, I was doing some research on homeopathic medicine and I found this option and it really worked. My dog stopped throwing up and she is getting better day by day. She weights 21 pounds and I give her half pill with each meal, that means twice a day. I completely recommend this product.

Can somebody help me with this question:
How long does my pet need to take the product?

When the Bassett Hound was diagnosed with Pancreatice, I didn't want to be committed to medicating her everyday with a Rx. Low Rida has been on this product for years and I can always tell if she has spit out the pill or husband forget to give it to her. I have recommended this to many other dog lovers. We also watch her diet and she gets lots of fruits and veggies.

            Comments about Integrative Therapeutics Bio-Zyme:

My 3 yr old Doberman had a horrid virus, was near death, hospitalized for weeks and thankfully came home, but was not well. She couldn't eat, was forced fed and had terrible liquid stools and vomited constantly. From a 67 lb girl down to 49lbs. That was in April, we had small baby step improvements till eating on her own, but always vomited half or better of what she ate. Mid June she was still only 51 lbs. This Monday Bio-Zyme came and I gave it to her at her next meal. That was yesterday morning and since then she has eaten 5 meals and has not vomited at all. Her appetite has also increased drastically. I'm doing the happy dance and so is she! We were at our witts end before this product came. We knew her pancreas was inflamed after the viral attack, but it was suppose to be functioning normally. After all these months of vomiting, good and bad days, etc. nothing worked until we gave her bio-zyme.

              Comments about Integrative Therapeutics Bio-Zyme:

my 16 year old cat had a very serious case of pancreatitis and massive internal infection that was so painful that she refused to eat and her liver started shutting down (fatty liver disease)...had an esophogeal feeding tube for a month before she kicked it and started eating on her own. The damage done to her pancreas left her with a challenge to digest her cat food causing vomiting, diarrhea and if we were lucky just general belly upset. As long as she ingests some of this with each meal she is completely fine! Can hardly believe the difference if she gets into our other cat's food without it...vet advised putting her down initially and we have her normal feisty self back and this product keeps her healthy! If your animal has pancreatitis - giving this daily is your best friend! we crush it up and mix into food we know she eats and it's saved her!

I put the tablet in her meals because I can not get her to eat them by themselves before meals as directed. I also am disappointed that I need to grind them and mix them in food. Don't know if it's made a significant difference. I will continue to use them and see where it goes.
