My 7 yr old dog had elevated readings for his liver on a routine blood test. I forgoed the $500 dollar test (Dr. said they thought it was Cushings) and started using these drops and Cushex drops. My 11 year old Yorkie has cushings disease and her latest sonogram showed masses in her liver which we beleive to be cancer. Giving her age and having the enlarged liver, there really is nothing that we can do for her surgically, as she probably will not survive. She was on all types of medications, and it did not seem to work. A friend did some research and recommended that we check into some natural products. For years I have been battling a vomiting problem in one of my cats (Sam). I tried literally everything digestion-related to get it to abate. Even my vet's attempts failed. Months after Sam's ultrasound, I looked over the results again more closely and noticed that the tech had noted that Sam's liver was hyperechoic. My vet made nothing of it at the time of the ultrasound, but looking at it again, it hit me - maybe I needed a remedy for Sam's liver, not his stomach or intestines, which had been the target of both my and my vet's treatment attempts. Sure enough, I was right. Along with a controlled (mostly organic) diet, Sam's problem has almost disappeared. He rarely vomits now. I originally tried powdered milk thistle, but Sam foamed at the mouth when I gave it to him (it must taste really bad), so I switched to this liquid formula. He still doesn't like the taste, but I dilute it with a little water and it goes down fine. The instructions say to administer it 3x daily, but once per day in the morning does the trick for Sam.

I have one dog on Prednisone (for gall bladder and liver issues) and another on Phenobarbital (for seizures) and use this product as a natural approach to liver maintenance for Bart and liver protection for Daisy. I read that Milk Thistle is very beneficial for dogs with liver issues and also helps to protect the liver in dogs on Phenobarbital, so I decided to try it. I do not want to make any medical claims, but both dogs have maintained healthy liver function and have had great test results while using this product in addition to their prescribed meds over the past six months. I squirt a bit in their food in the AM and PM and they eat it right up.

After spending over a $1,000 at the vet on my cat who's only 2yrs old, the vet still could not seem to pinpoint what the problem was with my cat's liver problem and weight loss!

Doing my own research, I found this product and read the great results. I figured I did no have anything else to lose as my cat was being force feed everyday and her liver was still not getting better. After about a month of using this product I could already see the results! My cat's personality began to come back, she was affectionate again, and after 2 months of being force feed, she started eating again with the help of the liv-herb.

The product did not seem to taste very appealing to my pet so I mixed it in with wet food and it worked! After using it a couple times a day, I still have quite a lot of the bottle left. I've found that the ingredients in this product were much more beneficial compared to plain milk thistle capsules ground up.

My lasa mix had elevated liver enzymes for two years running, so I got the Liv-Herb drops to see if they would help. They did!! This year his liver enzymes were in the normal range. I'm keeping him on the Liv-Herb drops to be sure that his liver stays healthy.

My 14 year old mutt, whom I love dearly, was recently diagnosed with liver and kidney failure, still working but just not well. She has been on a slow spiral down for over a year now with quite a few fatty tumors, arthritis and a lump in her neck that was not fatty and slowly growing. I bought liv herb and with in two weeks the lump in her neck that was the size of a golf ball shrunk to the size of a pea a suprising benefit. Anyway, she has held fast with no further signs of failure eventually I'll get some blood work done but I'm completely satisifed.
