My 4 golden retrievers love these tasty chews! While they certainly do not last as long as a pig ear or rawhide or hoof -- they are MUCH better for them!! The bonuses are that they do not stink, they do not stain the rugs, they are not messy, and they are totally digestible! The only 2 downsides that I can think of are that there aren't very many in a package and, my dogs "complain" that they don't last long enough!! :)

These yam chews are my golden retriever's all-time favorite treats. This old guy can chew up a Kong in a week, so the yam chews don't last too long, but no matter... they don't smell, they don't stain, and he loves them! They are big, thick and tough so he gets a few rapturous minutes with each one. He jumps for joy when he gets his nightly yam.

I thought these would be a healthy fun chew, but my cockapoo carried it around with him for a while, then abandoned it. He never went back to it, never chewed on it.

These are the greatest things since popcorn. My little terrors love them and when I read the previous reviews before I bought some for my dogs, I kept reading that they are long lasting. I bought several large bags for my small terriers and they can hardly wait to get their teeth into them. I started to do some work at my desk thinking I would be left alone for awhile and within 5-7 minutes, all 5 of the little beasties were at me standing up on their hind legs, twirling around, barking, yodeling for more. I can't keep enough of them.

I was looking for a healthier alternative to regular raw hides, as that I give my dogs one each morning before I leave for work. They loved them and I loved them because they provided more nutrition for my dogs.

I gave this to my boston terrier and it came apart in pieces when he bit into it and it layed on the floor for about 3 days and he never touched it again. I ended up throwing the first one away and have not tried it since.

My ten year old Welsh Corgi just loves these treats. I would recommend them for any dog that has any constipation issues as the best and most natural and gentle way to get the bowels moving.These treats do not make the stool runny though, so don't worry. They are a great chew for the teeth cleaning too and smell WONDERFUL. He gets one about every other day.
