I have 5 dogs and I feed a raw diet. My one dog from time to time has digestive problems, vomiting etc. I decided to put her on it and see if it helped her digestion. Not only did it help her digestion but she has so much more energy. She is like a 6 yr. old puppy. She has done so well on it that I decided to put the other 4 dogs on it. I used to have all adult dogs and now I have 5 puppies. Yikes!! The smell is not bad. It smells like fish and if it helps keep your dog in optimum health that its well worth the smell. I just wish it was less expensive.

Ever since my older girl (lab mix) had turned 7, her stomach has become very sensitive to treats and bones, and the ingredient causing upset was hard to pinpoint. She's now 10 and it was getting to the point where she couldn't have any bones to chew (which she needs to do or she gets restless and whiny) because they all gave her diarrhea.
But if I give her just two tablets before each bone, she's absolutely fine. I started out giving her the amount of tabs needed pertaining to her weight (5-6). But after awhile it seemed as though the product had strengthened her digestive system to the point where she was okay even when we were out. Now I only have to give her them as maintenance/prevention. And I also give them to my 5-yr-old Cocker when he has the occasional upset. They both love them; they're like treats to them.
Just don't have your nose TOO close to the canister when you open it - PHEW, fishy! ;-)

My cat never eat pills, so I always have to consider supplements in liquid form.

With this stuff, she will gobble it up!

I think she likes it, because it has a strong fish odor!

I personally break it up in 4 pieces, so she won't swallow it whole, because she did this the 1st time I gave it to her.

Not sure how well it will work for her overall health, but I was surprized she ate it without a fuss!

I have tried so many $$$ products in the past that she would not take, so I'm glad my money was spent well!

Give to both my 7 year old and 3 year old agility dogs.The 3 year old is a rescue with immune system/digestion issues. Helped both of them the 7 year old have more energy, cleared eyes, stopped itching and redness. The 3 year old finally stopped eating dirt.

My cat had digestive issues since he was a kitten. We have had much better results from this product than we had from several vet visits and prescription drugs. I get the chewable tablets. They are kind of large for cats. My cats can manage a whole one but I like to break them up just in case they get too excited and try to swallow it whole. They really like them!

I was worried that some comments on the powder form was that it smelled bad, also my cat is picky. He loves these tablets...eats them right away without any need to coax. He has had some issues with diarrhea....?food allergy? related to being a stray when I found him? Although his stool is not perfect it has improved in consistency since we began this product. He loves it and I love seing any improvement in his problem.

I do think that Seacure works well to improve pet nutrition; however, it has not helped my cat in terms of helping cure his IBD. I do think that it may have helped him from going downhill with his IBD though...in other words, it may not fix a problem, but it will keep things from getting worse.

I have been using Seacure for over a year on our ten year old yorkie.When she was six it was thought that she may have lymphangtasia a protein losing disease.We brought her to the Minnesota University Animal Hospital and did not like hearing this news.Her albumin was always around 1.80 to 1.90 but by giving her Seacure she is up to 2.3 to 2.5 and she is doing wonderful.Our vet is amazed with this product and I recommend it to others. I use the powder and mix it in her food once a day.I know it stinks but I keep it in the fridge in a baggie.As long as it works I am happy and will deal with the smell.My yorkie loves it too!She hardly sleeps like an older dog;she has lots of energy like a pup.As I said before my vet is amazed what it has done for her.Hope this is useful to others.

This product worked well, but the two problems I had with it were: 1) I have two very large dogs, so one little tub lasted me less than 10 days. Way too expensive unless you have small dogs. And 2) it's stinky. And I mean stinky. It smells like putting fish in the microwave everyday. I just couldn't take the smell anymore. Conclusion: If you have small dogs and don't mind the smell, it's a great product.
