Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

Once an order is placed it enters the shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online. In certain circumstances a cancellation may be possible, however please be aware that we process orders the same day they are placed, so you may need to request a return instead. You can request a cancellation or start a return using our Contact Us Form.
