How is my 5% or more in Loyalty Rewards calculated?

Purchases starting in February 2026 made will follow the new (increased) earning structure online and at our Flagship Store in one program for all customers
For purchases made through January 2026:

You earned 5% back on Only Natural Pet brand

You earned 2.5% back on products from other brands
Both programs included include sale items, discounted products, and Auto Delivery orders; exclusions may apply.
