You can update and make changes to your pet’s information anytime by clicking the Update Your Pets & Preferences link at the bottom of emails you receive from us. From there, you’ll find all the pet information we have listed on your account and you can make any necessary changes. Can’t find an email from us? Visit the Preferences page to enter your email and the most up-to-date information associated with your account. That will clear and update all current data.
