How do I properly use a dog poop bag?

First, turn the bad inside out and place your hand inside. Using the bag like a glove, pick up the dog poop from the ground. Next, with the waste in your hand, carefully turn the bag inside out so the waste is inside the bag and your hand is on the outside. Be sure to tie the bag shut before throwing it away.
