HomeoPet LLC is a U.S.-owned family business with roots in the wilds of Southwest Ireland. Founded in 1994 by Daniel H. Farrington, the company was inspired by his brother Tom Farrington, MVB MRCVS VetMFHom, a veterinary practitioner with over 35 years of experience. Tom's passion for homeopathy and natural pet care led him to develop a holistic veterinary practice in West Cork, where he successfully treated small animals, horses, and farm animals. Recognizing the increasing demand for alternative, natural treatments for common conditions, Tom and Daniel established HomeoPet to provide safe, gentle, and cost-effective solutions for pets worldwide.
Since its founding, HomeoPet has grown from strength to strength, with its medicines helping to ease the symptoms and suffering of millions of pets across the globe. The company has completed university-based double-blind placebo-controlled studies in the USA, Ireland, UK, and Australia, demonstrating the effectiveness of its products.
