10–20 lbs…………………….. ⅔–1 cup (Weight Loss) / ¾–1⅓ cups (Maintenance)
20–30 lbs…………………….. 1–1½ cups (Weight Loss) / 1⅓–2 cups (Maintenance)
30–40 lbs…………………….. 1½–1¾ cups (Weight Loss) / 2–2⅓ cups (Maintenance)
40–60 lbs…………………….. 1¾–2½ cups (Weight Loss) / 2⅓–3¼ cups (Maintenance)
