Inception Dog Food was launched in November 2019 by Pets Global, Inc., a Southern California–based, independent pet food company also known for brands like Zignature, Fussie Cat, and Essence. The Inception line was created in response to consumer demand for affordable, high-quality pet nutrition—meat and fish focused formulas with minimal fillers and wholesome ingredients.
Inception Dog Food and cat food formulas emphasize animal- and fish-based proteins, making up at least 70% of the recipe, and are free from corn, potatoes, legumes, wheat, soy, and artificial additives. Healthy grains such as oats, millet, and milo bind the formulas, and the line is offered in both dry kibble and wet canned formats.
