Only Natural Pet is proud to announce completing our Pet Sustainability Coalition (PSC) accreditation. Joining the Pet Sustainability Coalition accreditation program is a way for us to work with other pet care companies to show how important social and environmental sustainability is for our customers, our communities, and our planet.
What Is Pet Sustainability Accreditation?
PSC accredited companies are sustainably-led and measured businesses that drive positive impact for pets, people and the planet. PSC is the only accreditation in the pet industry that measures and verifies your sustainable business operations. Companies that pursue accreditation are evaluated on social and environmental impact initiatives through a third-party assessment.
How Did Only Natural Pet Qualify?
PSC Accreditation utilizes the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, created in conjunction with B Lab, to measure and analyze a companies progress towards social and environmental sustainability. As North America's first B Corp certified pet food and treat company, we had already set a high standard for our sustainability. Utilizing existing aspects of our B Corp certification, like our vendor code of conduct and our carbon offsets, we were able to achieve our PSC accreditation.
