Celebrating & Supporting LGBTQ+ Pride Month 2023 (and Pride 365 days a year)

At Only Natural Pet, our mission is to support long and healthy lives for pets and along that journey we are dedicated to pursuing environmental sustainability and social justice. An important aspect of that is celebrating and supporting our LGBTQ+ team members, customers, and community. Not only during Pride Month but 365 days a year.
Everyone is worthy of unconditional love. That’s why we strive to create an inclusive environment for our team members where everyone feels like they truly belong. We participate in an Associate Resource Group called Pride At Work (P.A.W.), a diversity and inclusion initiative for our LGBTQ+ team members and allies. Pride At Work invites all associates to participate, whether they’re a straight ally, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or identify in any other way, they belong.
Only Natural Pet values and supports organizations that unite our communities and protect the rights of all people. One organization that we proudly support is Out Boulder County, which facilitates connection, advocacy, education, research and programs to ensure LGBTQ+ people and communities thrive in Boulder County and beyond. It’s located here in the Boulder, Colorado area where our offices are located.
Out Boulder County coordinates Boulder County Pride and we’re happy to be a sponsor for events that happen throughout the month. From Rainbows Over Boulder, where the city and businesses display Pride flags to show that our community is welcoming to people identifying as LGBTQ+, to Boulder Pride Festival, we are committed to the communities where we work and live.
